Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 407prints.com and your purchase of custom-printed apparel from 407 Prints ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Orlando, FL. By submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes & Orders
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for reference. Every order receives a written quote covering garments, decoration, fees, shipping, and a committed ship date. No payment is collected and no production begins until you approve the quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Artwork & Proofs
- Every order includes a digital proof. Production begins only after you approve the proof.
- You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully — spelling, colors, sizing, and placement. Approved proofs are printed as shown.
- Pantone (PMS) color matching is available for screen printing on request. DTG printing matches colors as closely as the CMYK process allows.
3. Artwork Rights
By submitting artwork, you represent that you own it or hold the rights needed to reproduce it. You agree to indemnify 407 Prints against claims arising from artwork you supply. We will not knowingly print trademarked or copyrighted material without proof of permission, and we reserve the right to refuse any order. Your artwork remains yours — we never reuse or resell customer designs.
4. Turnaround, Shipping & Fulfillment
For bulk and custom orders, turnaround times (Standard 3–5 business days, Rush 48 hours, Super Rush 24 hours) are measured from proof approval. Rush surcharges are listed on your quote. Local pickup in Orlando is available at no charge for bulk orders.
Retail Collection items are produced and shipped on demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, typically arriving within 2–8 business days; shipping for these items is calculated at checkout and pickup is not available. We are not responsible for carrier delays after an order ships, but we will assist with any carrier claims.
5. Payment
Preset print packages offered in our online shop may be purchased directly through our secure checkout (processed by Stripe); payment is collected at checkout. After payment, we contact you within 1 business day to collect your artwork, and a digital proof is still provided and must be approved before production begins.
Retail Collection items are paid at checkout and go straight to production — no artwork collection or proof step applies to these ready-made designs.
Quoted custom jobs follow the payment terms stated on your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before production begins. Established business accounts may qualify for net payment terms.
6. Returns & Reprints
This policy applies equally to quoted custom jobs and preset packages paid online at checkout.
- Because every order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or artwork errors present in the approved proof.
- If we made an error — wrong garment, wrong color, print defect, or a print that does not match the approved proof — notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the affected items.
- Industry-standard tolerances apply: up to a 1/2" variance in print placement and minor garment dye-lot variation are considered acceptable.
7. Order Shortages
Garment manufacturing occasionally produces defective blanks. We over-order where possible, but final delivered quantity may vary by up to 2% on large runs; you are only billed for what ships. If an exact quantity is critical, tell us when ordering.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
